Part of providing you with the best equipment ownership experience is delivering quality service. Our service department is built to perform and meet the service needs of our customers, offering top-notch service done in a timely and professional manner.

Staff 

At Townline, you will work with an experienced and friendly staff whose main goal is to find the right solution for your service issue. We employ seven full-time in-shop service mechanics and two road service mechanics. Our well-trained technicians have years of experience in diagnosing and repairing a broad spectrum of equipment. Our people are knowledgeable, professional, and will do everything they can to get you back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In-Shop Service

Our new facility demonstrates our unwavering commitment to provide quality and timely professional service to all our customers. Measuring 10,000 square feet in size with eighteen service bays, our shop has thirty foot ceilings and contains a five ton bridge crane, hot water parts washer, indoor wash bay with a self-contained water recycling system, and an exhaust evacuation system. From routine maintenance jobs to complete machine overhauls, our new facility allows us to handle just about any job you throw at us. 

Road Service

Townline runs two full-time, fully-equipped road service trucks, ready to handle pretty much any type of job. From performing routine oil and filter changes at your location for your convenience, to making emergency, in the field breakdown repairs, our trained mechanics will come to you to perform the job and get you up and running.

Loaner Program

We appreciate that your time is valuable and that if your machine is down and you can't work, this often means loss of income. If your tractor is down, you need your machine and we can't fix it right away, make the request and we'll loan you a similar machine off of our lot for free.

Product Delivery

Not everyone has the time, desire or ability to drop-off or pick-up their equipment for service. At Townline, we have three fully dedicated delivery trucks that can carry anything from a small garden tractor to a 44,000 pound excavator. Whether it's delivering the tractor you just purchased or picking-up your machine for service, we can get the job done.
