NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.DATES OF THE PROMOTION: The “Townline May Mower Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 28th, 2025 and ends at 12:00pm ET on June 1st, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents of Sullivan County NH, Grafton County NH, Merrimack County NH, Cheshire County NH, Hillsborough County NH, Rutland County VT, Addison County VT, Orange County VT, Windsor County VT, Windham County VT, Bennington County VT, Washington County VT, Berkshire County MA, Albany County NY, Broome County NY, Chenango County NY, Delaware County NY, Greene County NY, Herkimer County NY, Montgomery County NY, Otsego County NY, Rensselaer County NY, Saratoga County NY, Schenectady County NY, Schoharie County NY, Ulster County NY who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees of Townline Equipment (the “Sponsor”) and members of their immediate family members (spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, children, and siblings, regardless of where they live) or persons living in same household of each of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER: ONLINE: Visit www.townlineequipment.com during the Promotion Period and follow the link to the Registration Form. Complete the Registration Form in its entirety and click “Submit” to receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Entrant must complete all required information to be eligible for the drawing. Limit of one (1) entry per Entrant/person for the entire Promotion Period. Entries having incomplete information will be disqualified and ineligible to win. All entries must be submitted by 12:00pm ET on June 1st, 2025. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods including, but not limited to, automated entry, will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant will be disqualified from the Promotion. Entry information must be manually key-stroked. Neither the Sponsor nor Promotion Administrator will verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

WINNING/ODDS: On or about June 2nd, 2025, one (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Promotion Administrator, whose decisions are based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects. Odds of being selected as a Grand Prize Winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion. PRIZE:

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize of a Kubota Z242KH-48 zero turn mower will be awarded (the “Grand Prize”). Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for any applicable registration, license, title and insurance fees, and any other expenses not listed herein related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize. Sponsor does not make, nor is Sponsor in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize including, but not limited to, its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition; the only representation/warranty/guarantee that may be provided relative to the Grand Prize, if any, are those of the manufacturer and/or dealer. Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The value of the Grand Prize is taxable as income. Any difference between stated MSRP and actual value will not be awarded.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Grand Prize is non-transferable and no cash redemption or substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will determine all details of the Grand Prize in its sole discretion. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor; provided no such substitute prize shall be from Sponsor without its prior written consent. Prizes are not transferable prior to award. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner consents to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, image, and/or voice and other indicia of persona for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission or approval (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize).

NOTIFICATION/PRIZE CLAIM: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email/mail or telephone within three (3) days of the drawing date. Potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return, within the time frame indicated in the email or mail notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release, and an IRS W-9 Form (the “Paperwork”) in order to claim the Grand Prize. If the potential Grand Prize Winner is unable to provide the Paperwork within the time and date indicated, then that Grand Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Grand Prize and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected from the remaining non-winning eligible entries. In the event the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to return such Paperwork by the date indicated in the email or mail notification, or if potential Grand Prize Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected from the remaining non-winning eligible entries. The value associated with the Grand Prize may be taxable as income and the Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any taxes including, but not limited to, all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Grand Prize. The Sponsor must report the value of the Grand Prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year the Grand Prize is received by the Grand Prize Winner and will be reported to the Grand Prize Winner and the Internal Revenue Service in the form of a Form 1099. In the event it is deemed during the verification process that potential Grand Prize Winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the Grand Prize, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Valid social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor / Promotion Entities which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify from this Promotion any Entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules. Upon disqualification, Sponsor and Promotion Entities shall have no liability or obligation to such individual. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant, is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrant, Sponsor, Sponsor Representative or Promotion Entities. Sponsor / Promotion Entities are not responsible for; (a) unauthorized human intervention affecting the Promotion; (b) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion; (c) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion; (d) any printing or typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials; or (e) technical failures of any kind including, but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software. If for any reason this Promotion is not able to be conducted as planned in whole or in part including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and proceed in a manner or take any other action it deems appropriate, fair and consistent with these Official Rules so as to make the prize available to be won. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on the Promotion website. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and each and all of the Promotion Entities from and against any claims made by Grand Prize Winner, Entrant, or any other third party, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity, in this Promotion or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery.
