TOWNLINE IS RECOGNIZED AS AN ELITE KUBOTA DEALERSHIP

For six consecutive years, Kubota Tractor Corporation has been pleased to honor Townline Equipment in Plainfield New Hampshire, Walpole New Hampshire, Pittsford Vermont, Troy New York, Sharon Springs New York, Greenville New York and Oneonta New York with Kubota’s Elite Award of Excellence, the company’s most prestigious dealership certification and designation. The certification program was created by Kubota’s senior leadership team in conjunction with its National Dealer Advisory Board to recognize dealers around the country that are providing customers with the “ultimate Kubota experience” from top quality equipment, to sales and financing, customer satisfaction and best in class service.

Matt Marrazzo, co-owner of Townline Equipment, says that receiving the designation requires an exceptional level of customer service.  “Whether it is landscapers, contractors or large property owners, our customers expect their equipment dealers to be top-notch, full-service partners.  By achieving this status, we are demonstrating our commitment to provide the very best equipment ownership experience for every customer, whether an experienced equipment owner or a first-time buyer.” 

Unique to Kubota’s Award of Excellence program is its designation criteria. The advisory board and Kubota worked together to narrow down the criteria to core elements related to customer sales and service support excellence, that are the absolute most critical for longevity, segment growth and overall business success.

In order to be recognized with a Kubota Premier Award of Excellence a dealership must meet all requirements and achieve at least an 80 percent compliance percentage of the all the core elements.  In addition, to achieve the top “elite” status level dealers must be a premier certified dealer and achieve a total fiscal sales requirement.

Townline Equipment is one of the oldest Kubota dealerships in the country, and has served the equipment, parts and service needs of Kubota customers since 1972. The company specializes in high quality, high performance equipment for a range of markets including construction applications, agricultural operations, personal property management, landscaping, municipal work, snow removal applications and forestry operations. Townline Equipment employs 80 people between its seven locations.
