I purchased a Kubota SVL75-3 from Townline Equipment in Plainfield NH recently and just had the complimentary 50 hour service completed by one of Townline’s technicians at my location. This was my first major purchase from Townline, and I am very happy that I chose to buy from them. I found Spencer (sales) to be knowledgeable and fair to deal with and when it comes to service the responsiveness and work quality has been great. I have had a few questions along the way and the service team was always quick to respond and very helpful (Adam and John in particular). As a result of these experiences, I strongly recommend Townline Equipment. And the Kubota SVL75-3 is a tremendous CTL.

I spent quite a while hunting around for my first tractor. Mike from Townline was by far the easiest to deal with of every place I contacted. He was always ready and was quick to answer any silly question I had, and made the whole process super easy. Townline makes sure that once you get your tractor, you have everything you need to get things done.
Once the tractor arrived, Jeremy was great at setting everything up for me and also answering questions. He walked me around the tractor and showed me how everything worked, how to detach/attach implements, and general usage.

Bought a BX23s here. I feel the following context is relevant…..I called four separate dealerships about this Kubota I wanted and only got one call back after several hours. Rich at Greenville saw answered right away and answered every question I had at that time…enough for me to pay a deposit on a tractor sight unseen. The building is clean and well organized. Staff is professional and courteous. AJ was approachable and informative throughout the purchase process. At no time did I feel unsure of what I was signing up for. Great service! I bought blades for my tractor from them during the pandemic and they were almost apologetic about the price but they weren't *that* expensive and were hard blades to find. I got the last 2 in stock so I was chuffed anyway.
Today I called to see if they would fix the belt on the tractor but Rich managed to help me over the phone without costing me anything.

After driving around trying to find blades for my mower, Townline Equipment came in for the kill! I went down the road to a competitors store who couldn’t help me, and they also refused to service my Husqvarna mower because I bought it from another dealer 10 years ago, whom isn’t around anymore (they also said a year ago they would service our mower because we have purchased other equipment from them, but they did not stand by that).
I stopped into townline, and they had exactly what I was looking for. The ladies at the counter were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommended and will definitely be coming there more often! Plus side is, they said they would service my mower no matter where it came from originally.

I am certainly going to do all my business with this place, they went way above and beyond to help me out. within 30 seconds of entering they offered their assistance for whatever I needed, to make a long story short I ended up purchasing a $26,000.00 utility tractor, I asked them if they could deliver it the same day, although it was not a scheduled delivery they had it to me later that afternoon. Top notch business hands down!
It was exactly 180 degree difference at the other tractor sales in Rutland Vermont.

The service department is very helpful. I was having an intermittent issue with a check engine light on a Kubota L3301. I spoke to several people over the course of a few days. They narrowed down the problem to a probable faulty sensor, shipped me the necessary part and talked me through the repair process. Not many places will do this. They saved me a lot of time and money.

Recently purchased a Kubota skid steer from Townline and the experience was beyond expectations. Spencer, from Townline contacted me and sent me a quote within hours. After signing the PO, Spencer informed me the machine would be ready for pick up the next Monday. Everything was ready when I got there and I was back on the road in 45 minutes. In this day and age of sub par customer service, Townline is a reminder of what customer service should be. Well done and thank you.

I very rarely post reviews online, positive or negative. Over the last year or so however, I've received such amazing service from Townline Equipment that I really feel like I have to let people know about it. Good service is so rare these days. It's also rare to find a company truly wants to earn (and keep) my business. From the first interaction with Drew, one of the owners (or partners), my experience has been fantastic. I had first shopped a competitor (the big Kubota dealer in NH) and they left me feeling like I was just a commodity. I really didn't want to do business with them if I could help it. When I called TownLine, hopes not high, I was blown away by the difference in the way I was treated. What a breath of fresh air! In addition to my tractor, (Kubota 6060) which I love, I've purchased a few accessories at this point. I'd like to convey my sincere gratitude to the parts and service departments at the NH site. My local dealer did not have the parts in stock to repair a piece of equipment they had rented to me so parts were ordered and I had to wait 6 days. I was in the middle of a contracted job and this was not looking good. I contacted the people at Townline and found them more than willing to help me out. They had the part in stock and even did some pre-assembly for me that they felt I might find difficult. They also gave me some recommendations on equipment operation that were most helpful. All of the folks I met were helpful beyond anything I expected. I had never done business with Townline prior to this visit due to the distance (1.5 hrs) from home but plan to do so now. I am quite impressed. Thank you. P.S. They even informed me that the speed limits around town were strictly enforced. This was evident as I arrived and noted all the people pulled over. Hello. I spoke with Jacob yesterday just before closing. I tried to explain my problem with a leak from the metal part of the hydronic hose that controls the boom for a KX71-3. Although I had a difficult time explaining the part I needed he worked very hard to help find the part and price for me. Because I live a great distance, He also suggested that I take pictures and send them to make sure we were speaking of the same part. After taking off the piece to take a picture to send and then going to reinstall it to show where it connects I found a broken o rings. I truly appreciate the hard work that Jacob did pleasantly to help although u were closing in a couple of minutes. I will be happy to use and suggest this business.

Hi Eric. ED Leonard here. I had an issue with two hydraulic hoses not wanting to connect. I called the service department and I believe I talked to a Mike if I remember correctly. He directed me to a mechanic who suggested I try a procedure to relieve the pressure in the two hoses. It worked perfectly. I know why my friend in Lyndonville suggested doing business with you guys. Tell the mechanic that Mike hooked me up with on the phone thanks. I spoke to MB and Townline. MB would barely acknowledge my presence in the showroom, and never saw a salesman on the lot. On the second unannounced visit to Townline to discuss my needs, I was hailed from across the showroom floor by my first name and the dog greeted me as well. The owner and sales team were great, listened to what I thought my needs were and made appropriate suggestions. I just upgraded my electrical system this morning by adding an alternator which I would have thought would be on the tractor when I purchased it. Who would have thought any type of driving machinery wouldn't have an alternator? Anyway Justin came out, installed the alternator quickly and answered all of my questions and pointing out things I would not have necessarily known reading the manuals. Can't say enough about how terrific the Townline customer service is!
