Filing a Claim

Submit your claim online by visiting www.ktacinsuranceagency.com, or speak to one of the friendly claim representatives by calling 1-800-348-5802 within the 60-day reporting period.  The representatives will ask you some questions and begin resolving your claim immediatately.

When filing your claim, be prepared to answer the following questions:

• What equipment was damaged, including serial number?
• When did the damage happen?
• What happened?
• How can you be reached? Please provide us with a phone number and email address so a claim adjuster can reach you.
• Let them know that Townline will be handling the repair or replacment.
